Over Hunted – New commission for Bass Saxophone & Fixed Media
Marijke Schröer asked me to write a new work for Bass Saxophone & Tape to be premiered in 2016. The commission is granted by the the Performing Arts Funds from the Netherlands.
Zenosyne – Commission by Trio ZOOM for Alto Sax, Piano and Percussion
The premiere was organized by The Ny Musik and sponsored by the Danish Centre for Contemporary, Experimental Music and Sound Art. Under the heading ‘Getting into the music’ Ny Musik invited to the International Music Conference in Aalborg.
The Ny Musik invited five internationally renowned musicians to participate in the project; percussionist Juanjo Guillem (Spain), clarinetist Anna Klett (Faroe Islands / Denmark) and Danish Trio ZOOM alias Stefan Baur, saxophone, Tanja Zapolski, piano and Ying-Hsueh Chen, percussion.
