El Zancudo
I soar in a simple, meandering journey. Mine is a flight driven by light, wind an my need for food. My song frightens, it is a hum foreboading my search of a prey, my search of warm blood. I come across it and I cruelly sting skin. I swap poisonous acids for the sweet blood that will allow my species to survive. I soar again in a flight full of red, precious liquid, only to realize that my journey is suddenly brought to an end when they strike me to death.
